Hundreds of blockchains, each speaking its own language: that's the problem Analog exists for. Its layer-1 Timechain moves messages and intents between chains - part of the first wave of interoperability protocols, alongside LayerZero and Axelar.
I led product: protocol strategy, token economics, and the road from whitepaper to mainnet - including GMP, the SDK that lets developers build cross-chain apps and pick their own tradeoffs between security, speed, and cost. We raised $21M+, and the mainnet reached a $300M+ market cap.
It was also the hardest schooling I've had in market timing. Crypto runs a full market cycle in the time other industries take to plan one, and shipping a protocol through one teaches you to separate what a product earned from what the cycle handed it.
